1966/7 Company established at #169 Nan Ching East Road, Section 2 Taipei City.
Company Name: Yungtay Engineering Co., Ltd. NTD 6 million in investment capital established.
Main Business: Agent for Hitachi Elevators.
1968/11 Received Hitachi’s investment of NTD 2 million and increased investment capital to NTD 10 million.
1969/9 Established Hsin Zhuang factory, beginning consistent domestic elevator design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance.
1972/3 Exporting begins to Hong Kong and Japan.
1972/12 In order to meet dramatic demand, Taoyuan Chun Ri Road factory established, and all elevator operations transferred there.
1976/4 In cooperation with Hitachi, develop state housing use elevators.
1978/1
In technical cooperation with Japan’s Nihon Radiator Co., Ltd., began production of automotive heating and air conditioning units.
1978/12
Cargo elevators exported to Singapore.
1979/5
Investment capital reaches NTD 50 million, and industrial production of guide rails and all related equipment begun.
1979/10
Elevator guide rails exported to Hong Kong.
1980/4
Elevator guide rails exported to Singapore.

Taiwan’s Economic Department confers on Yungtay the “92 most extensive scope mechanical factories” award, Yungtay is the only elevator company thus recognized.

Taoyuan County Guanyin township Chungli factory established, manufacturing automobile climate control units and related parts.
1982/11
Investment capital reaches NTD 197 million, and industrial robots, electric hanging assemblies and other machine numbers increased.
1983/1
Contract signed with Taiwan Economic Department Industrial Technology Research Facility, becoming one of five companies involved in Robotic technology information transfer.

Investment capital reaches NTD 236.4 million, and sanction as a public stock issuing company received.

More than 5,000 square meters are purchased adjacent to the Taoyuan factory to increase elevator production capacity, and vertical parking equipment production.

More than 255 square meters of land purchased in Taichung.
