◎ Product R&D Results
(1) Development of small machine-room elevators
The new control system (Y12/Y15) for small machine-room elevators has been certified for mass production.
(2) Development of machine-room-less elevators with the self-made PM motor system
The VAG machine-room-less elevator, 1000 kg and 1.0 m/s, to replace imported hosts has been certified.
(3) Development of heavy-loading machine-room-less elevators
The VAG machine-room-less elevator, 1150-1600 kg and 2.0 m/s, with self-made PM motor has been certified.
(4) Development of household elevators
The VAN home elevator, 450\550 kg and 0.75-1.0 m/s, has been certified for mass production.
(5) Development load capacity and passenger number of replacing and modifying elevator with motor host
The design of PM motor host for small machine-room replacing and modifying elevators, 800-1000 kg and under 1.75 m/s, has been completed.
(6) Development of new control systems
A. The control system used for all elevator models has been certified for mass production of high-speed elevators and household elevators.systems
B. We optimize the current products and frequency converter technology to develop next-generation control systems for greater elevator safety and market competitiveness.
C. We continue to reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs.
D. We strive to improve the brand image.
(7) Development of escalator systems
A. Series M commercial moving auto-walk products have been upgraded and mass-produced.
B. Series E-R55 commercial escalators, with new specifications of maximum rise 5.5m, have been mass-produced.
C. Series P-Li public transport type of escalators for places without demanding traffic conditions, such as airports, transit hubs, light rails and high-speed rails, have been mass-produced.
(8) Development of novelty and originality design.
New designs of home elevators, Gorgeous and Timeless series, have been completed.
(9) Component development
A. The human-machine interface of NEO series has been mass-produced.
B. The counterweight frame of machine-room-less elevators has been optimized.
C. The rescue of machine-roomless elevators has been improved.
D. Buffer F series has been developed.
E. Precision casting guide wheels have been developed.
F. Sheet metal guide brackets have been developed.。
(10) Development of central monitoring systems
We have shipped 80% of the current models of YES1, a central monitoring system independently developed by Yungtay.
(11) Development of simple version group management
The group control scheduling program is integrated into the MPU PCB, eliminating the need for group control hardware and achieving simple group control scheduling.
◎ Results of Technical Development
(1)For the main control program, the software logic drive has been tested and the software test specification has been established.
(2)Operating tools, maintenance mobile phones, etc. in the main factory are controlled and updated online.
(3)The SCOPE remote elevator movement monitoring system is developed to save dispatching manpower stationed to detect elevator abnormalities.
(4)The design of the main motor for the 1000 kg R1:1 PM replacing and modifying elevators has been completed.
The square wave encoder has realized starting torque without adjustment.
(5)The ABZ encoder has achieved adjustment-free torque initiation through the improvement of software algorithm.
